Oh boy! Didn't expect this out of a I-got-nothing-to-do-so-let's-watch-a-movie movie. Sweet memories of Rocky kicking his foes revived. Pepped up and fun, not a boring moment throughout, the movie actually had me throwing imaginary punches in the air!
Hugh was his usual reckless charismatic self with the new kid giving some high performance moves and fantastic dialogue delivery. Dakota Goyo sure has some talent. What would I not give to see the "robot dance" by an actual robot! Plus with the audience in the theater cheering every robot punch given and jeering every blow taken, I actually felt I was ring side. Where else would you get to watch an amazing late night boxing match?
Totally worth the time. This movie has a lot of spark, spirit and energy to it. Finally, well done Shawn Levy.

I would enjoy fighting robots until I've seen the first hour of this movie. A few times I wanted to quit watching in that part. So many low quality dialogue, non-sense up and downs and much more. How could Hugh Jackman agree these script? It would have been a good action movie without the script. What about robot fighting with a bull? And why Zeus won at the end with referee decision? There was no need for that. I give this movie 2 out of 10. Don't be fooled with the high rating.
